Do not respond to the case at all. There is a [relatively high] chance that Paypal will find in your favor.
The twins rely on people seeing the case and hitting that refund button. Just pretend that you didn't see it.

@ipc and @Jugogo are the two that Teichou has banned

It doesn't occur if you don't transact with unverified brand new accounts with no sales.

Good looking out Xuande - I don't transact with unverified accounts. It is extremely dangerous, usually for more reasons than even the supplier understands.

There are many other long/short term ramifications than just losing money. I realize this does not answer your question, I am just not rushing to educate scammers how to perform with more competence.

I'm going to close this thread for now. If anyone has any details on past or present fraud by these two that directly concerns this site, please dm me and I'll reopen.

If you were scammed by either fitzgerald at any point in time, DM me. Even if you deleted the conversations, we can look through the db archives. Ryan is offering to reimburse anyone he scammed - likely another lie but there's nothing to lose by trying.
