Yea, I can understand the mindset of someone coming in and thinking feedback or reputation doesn't matter. But that's silly. It obviously does. And by ignoring that system you are opening up the floodgates for other scammers to potentially have success here.

You can be cautious without completely abandoning the feedback system. You can ask for several smaller trades if you're buying or selling a large amount of krono. You can ask for mediation or "escrow" if it's a single large transaction.

1 person does not define a system. It has however highlighted flaws. Not receiving payment immediately is one, and people being afraid to leave neutral or negative feedback is another, and finally, communicating offsite.

Don't do these things.

But ignoring a system that has worked for a decade is silly.
 
The last thing I will do on this Earth is accept a Goods & Services payment for Krono.

What I hope we’ve learned is this: if someone isn’t sending you payment for the goods or services provided — or vice versa, if you’ve paid and haven’t received what you bought — you need to report it. The Top 10 Trader Mafia isn’t going to come knocking on your door. This whole mess could’ve been kept much smaller if people had reported DK’s failure to pay for weeks while he was ghosting them. I don’t know what kind of fairy dust that guy was smoking, but it sure turned him into one hell of a snake charmer.

Feedback and reputation are still king.
 
feedback system on this site has been broken for years. I did 1 job for DK. i pl'd him a character for 600$ on project quarm. i made him pay before we started and didnt have any issues. During the PL he did seem a bit unhinged as if he was under the influence of heavy drugs. sometimes he said some things in game chat during the PL that revealed i was pl'ing him for $ and made me feel uneasy and confused as to why he would say something so obvious. Majority of people on this site are scumbags. From my experience the more invested somebody is into this site the more of a scumbag they are. Also if somebody is a reseller just stay away. they are basically scum of the earth.
 
You quoted a random post from 15 months ago to mock me for getting scammed because you're still in your feelings about consequences for deception that happened three years ago. Shouldn't people that do business with you know that you say things like this about them?

no if you reread what i said i just came to give my 2 cents on diamondkrono because i just discovered this thread. Somebody earliar in the thread said feedback is no longer king and i gave my 2 cents on that as well. You actually had nothing to do with what i said and you are trying to bring back up old drama and bring in new people to try to convince them to stop buying from me. get over yourself.

Not relevant to Diamond Krono. General dickish behavior towards other users of the site. Given the message that you sent me on MONDAY OF THIS WEEK it's pretty fucking clear who you were referring to.
It's cute that you don't even know what you said or how you keep getting yourself into these situations.

Eh...I don't think he has a problem with me. If he did then why would he sell to me in the first place? I think I only bought from him one time. All good, hope everyone is doing well.
 
Yeah, that's his stance with all resellers. Even if he sells to you, you're scum. We're all scum! I just saw that there was a feedback between youz, so that wasn't my opinion.

I've never been scammed on this site, been using it for a good many years. I feel it's setup in a most ideal way. Just remove showing people when we are discussing things in dm's with people as that could lead to problems, other than that 10/10 ^^ If you're getting scammed on here, it's likely because you are not taking common sense steps to prevent yourself from being fked over.

The thing was release of information and reaching out about legal options.
I don't think it was ever implied that ECTunnel would reimburse users who were unfortunately taken advantage of by the Scammer formerly known as DiamondKrono
 
I havent been on the site for about a year now, but one of my very last interactions with diamond I sold him some of my krono and he delayed payment for like, 2 days...which honestly isnt that long of a time, but I thought to myself, when I pay people on here, its literally within minutes at most an hour (unless its 3-4 AM) ever since then, I never even bothered sending him a DM to sell him anything, just did it myself through the site. I have never had a single problem with anyone else here in the few years I have been here, and would still recommend this site to anyone that asks me where to buy some aftermarket krono, but advise them to do 5 minutes of research before doing so :)
 
I used him a bunch in the past year. Unfortunately after being away for a bit, I tried to use him again and he scammed me this time. 1/10/26. Never delivered and won't answer anything on Discord.
 
I was scammed on 1/15/2026. Im upset I didnt go with my other seller, and dude did seem weird at times, but who isnt.

yeah, unfortunately he sent me a Discord message with an enticing deal, and I haven't kept up with ECtunnel in a minute. I didn't know he was doing all this, and I tried to buy some Krono from him like a sucker.

He has threatened to murder me. Love that I had to have a sit-down with the wife and kids to show them his pictures and explain that he's not a safe person.
Wild that participating in an RMT market for a 27 year old video game resulted in death threats. "Would DK murder me or one or more of my children over a video game scam falling apart?" wasn't on my ECTunnel bingo card.

Crazy times. Crazy people.

So not only is he a scammer but he's also violent piece of shit.
