Hello,
The above mentioned Zorkin account sold me an account over a year ago, I come back to EQ to find out the character had been retrieved by the original owner.

You will see that Zorkin messaged me on Dec 9, 2023 stating:

"Hello this is zorkins dad i was very suppresed i couldent logg into my account today sence the account are mine and not my sons account. i had never inn my mind sell my account considering all the work i have put into it , the truth are he have sold my account with out my permission so if its done right i would personal do a full refound to get this account back. What i dont understand when an account like this are for so low price that a Red flagg should get up for the buyer .

Well i hope to resolve this i would pay a full refound the 400$ + the exstra cost you prob had to use

i hope you get to sence and deliver the account back if not i will contackt Daybreaker and do a full recovery i have all the info get it back ression i contackt you here to resolve this before i contackt Daybreaker

To which I responded back accepting his terms, as of yet, no responce. You are able to see multiple conversations with him regarding the sale of this character and I am now out over $400.

Please advise.

Before anything "smart" is said, I am aware of the risks of buying accounts etc..

I'd prefer to resolve this at this level before more advanced methods are put in place that leaves us both unhappy.

Also, despite the time-line, he openly admits taking the account back.

When away from EQ I don't log in to my accounts..

My two cents is this; so what if it was a year? Or a decade? Trust shouldn't have a time-limit.

I don't think for a second that was anything more than an account yank-back, and EQStreamz should be entitled to a refund if Zorkin is still around.

Completely agree, the time frame doesn't matter at all. The "It's been too long" suggestion was odd though I suspect there is a language barrier, it was said in jest, or I don't understand what is being said.
