My wife logged onto my account to buy me a Christmas gift and this is what we get? She gets band and I get negative marks on my account. How does this make any sense? We understand security but this is absolutely ridiculous.
The account wasn't allowing her to log in, when it's always been saved. But when mine gets locked and she tries to create her own she gets band. This is the worst Customer Service I've ever experienced with you guys. And I've been an active player/member since '99.
Hopefully something can be done, because this is unacceptable.
