sadly you gotta work your faction up - i got it 2x, hang out in CoM get all the books , pages etc -- envy , woe , marr's promise , get insta clicky sow boots while ur at it . If your completely lazy gotta ask for someone to do it for you on your account . its a nice dot for solo'ers
