Not sure if it can be Mult quested but if it can be I'm looking to buy it hmu as always Must Be Verified.
 
The Chanter epic cannot be MQ'd, due to all 4 parts of the staff and the final turn in needing to be combined in containers first. And practically nothing being tradeable.
