would like to know the cost of leveling a character to 40 on Teek, upon release. Monk, bard, shaman

Cool I found that duel shams rocked over sham sk or sham war. Dots stack and to geared pets it was killer. Gonna do the Vaniki item quests for food and port, if your interested.
