They responded to me via paypal, sent me $20 directly fnf and said it was their spouse and they were working to clear it up. I informed them that they also had a chargeback for ECTunnel. So as of now my issue has been cleared up and they've acknowledge that there is an issue with ECTunnel and that they intend to get it fixed up.
