A. Kronos are more expensive than an EQ Sub if purchased from DB. And even then if someone was trying to sell them for more than that... I mean, best of luck getting buyers.
B. It's a free-market, you can sell whatever you want for however expensive or cheap you want to list. Just because someone lists an item for an expensive price, doesn't mean it's going to sell, and visa versa for cheap items.
