This Compass guy is very rude. He asked me for 2 krono and I said 3 minimum. Then he said he has a certain amount of money available and I said I could do 2 for that price. Then he started being extremely rude and I ended up blocking him. He has been here for like 2 weeks and is already causing issues. I vote to leave the feedback since it took over 30 minutes to deliver with no communication.

36 minutes when the thread says "message me for instant delivery"? We have different definitions of instant.

i was completely kind with u and you took offense to it. i asked for 2kr, you said your minimum is 3kr, i said i only have 25 dollars i cant buy sorry but thank you anyway. yoiu said "hey ill sell you 2 for 25" which is like 3 dollars more. i said that was strange to say to a customer basically ill sell you 2 if you pay what 16 bucks per ? i mean, i RLY CANT AFFORD THAT lol. I wasnt being rude as you say, u didn't take what i said right.

if u cant handle when someone says "what you said was strange" and you critisize them publicly when someone says that, its not a good way to live your life man. i think youre getting confused.

the person ghosted me and i was helping others. i come back to see they left a message finally and sent at random after i went offline. i changed my thread. they out of nowhere said sorry for being gone ( knowing they did something out of character or that might throw me off, otherwise why apologize ) then with the same hand expect me to immediately be available after being offline.

even after all that i responded pretty quick 20 or 30 minutes said hey parceling now.
 
i dont know what happened the guy didnt respond to me for a while and i was getting messages from other people i thought he was gone, he came back and said "sorry i was afk and delayed" which i didnt mind at all i just thought he went somewhere else cuz i messaged him 3 times and no response and waited another 5 minutes after that. when i saw he was back i mshged him and sent right away.

i just assumed he was goine because he stopped talking to me and he didnt even send the payment yet. he said it was ok and i explained im learning and he still elft me negative feedback. i even told him sorry if i made a mistake because i wsnt sure how to do it. i talked to a member and a moderator about it and both of them said theres no way they woudl leave feedback let alone negative feedback and at the time they didnt even know that the guy who was buying the krono went afk on me first. he said sorry for being afk then leaves me negative feedback for being afk?

i did learn that if i do leave the computer because someone stops talking to me that i should say "HEY ILL BRB 10 MINUTES DONT SEND PAYMENT!" buyt shouldnt he also tell me that before he sends money? he sending money to someone who WAS there but may not be anymore because he went afk in the first place. i changed my status to offline,

i realy think its either we both get negative feedback or neither do because we both made the same mistake. there are people here who will know better and maybe can give meadvice on how to do that in the future buit one member who had high rep told me i didnt do anything wrong especially since red feedback is really for scammers and people who actually do bad things not soemone who was trying to get someone krono didnt even have the funds yet messaged the person 3 times waited 5 more minutes, then while im doing other things and offline, the person randomly sends and i dont see it because i have other things going on and even when i do see it which is like 20 minutes later i respond right away and im polite and he seems polite but then leaves the bad feedbackk.

im not saying i didnt do anything wrong i just didnt know to say "hey im goingj to step away from the computer now please dont send the payment now and thn ask why im not there right away" that should fix this problem in the future. i was told that this person should not leave negative feedback unless he himself has negative because technically we both did the same thing.

i just feel like he sent the payment when i was offline and then expected me to be then he got himself amped up saying he was nervous i was gonna take his money because i wasnt msging right away when other things are going on. when i was sitting there talking to myself ( trying to talk to him ) i got no responses and even waited extra time. i just need to say "BRB" before i do other trades or do anything else.




can you guys give your advice on this? and can i ask do people sometimes do this to you? and how do you fix it? thanks
 
i really want honest answers some of what im reading is not the same as other members have told me. most people are saying it shouldnt be negative feedback, i didnt steal or scam anyone or anything. i didn tcuss anyone out, i didnt spam anyone.

their message went to the bottom of my inbox after i messaged them 3 times and waited for them, enoguh time that they felt the need to apologize to me for them ghosting me.
 
how is someone going to apologize for ghosting me then send and do all this and also expect me to still be there and not dealing with other messages i had 3 or 4 people mgsing me at once 30 minutes didnt seem unreasonable at all.

and even after all that i still think the way i fix it is that if someone messsages me and says hey i want to buy some krono and i say ok paypal is X, then they ghost me, before i do ANYTHING, i need to go back and msg the guy who ghosted and say HEY BTW IM GOING TO LEAVE THE COMPUTER or HEY BTW IM GOING TO TRADE WITH OTHER TRADERS NOW, that seems to be the fix.
 
theres people here with loads of score id like to know how they deal with it a couple people said to do what i said here this is what they recomended to me do u think this is right guys

he was also wrong about the time that it took. moderators can see the time stamps it wasnt 36 mintues. why dont we start there on why the feedback should not be there, its not even accurate. the site timer literally disproves it.


u know, for someoen with score as high as u i would think u wouldnt judge a situation until u knew everything.
 
I spoke with Compass at length in messages after getting involved in his thread about this. And ill be honest, I was under the impression that after we spoke he would not be filling out the dispute any longer. He asked a ton of questions about selling and scenarios, and genuinely seemed to understand what went wrong.

I advised him that i didnt think anyone would care about his negative feedback since he didnt scam or steal, but the implication was that it would be left on there because despite what his feelings about the situation were, if the member felt he was slow, the feedback is valid.

I specifically brought up how his thread says instant delivery, and that if he gets multiple people messaging him at once that he should try and stagger the sales so that he can adhere to that.

I will say that in the 3 areas where ive seen him communicate, he does seem to SPAM messages with no train of thought, which can be jarring for some people. So i imagine if he has communicated in general and DMs like this, he probably does frequently, which i imagine can be annoying at times. And i would have to guess if you annoy your customers, they are more likely to leave negative feedback.

Unfortunately in this case, while i personally wouldnt have likely left that feedback, I do believe it is valid, and am voting to leave it be.

I even gave Compass a very nice word track to use in his for sale thread about the feedback and how to explain to people that hes new and has learned from previous mistakes.
 
so basically if u treat someone nice and are "slow" even though they ghosted you and you also changed to offline, you still deserve to get the red feedback.
 
so even though the feedback literally is incorrect by the sites proven times, even though the person messaged me for krono then ignored all 3 of my messages that are spaced out by many minutes, then randomly comes and msgs me and says sorry i had to dip for a second then randomly sends and im not there, and i come back 20 or 30 mintues and send right away, really? lol
 
Brother, this isnt AoL instant messenger. Compass all of your thoughts into 1 message, use sentences and send it. You dont need to send 3 messages to convey what you just said.

What i said was, if people like you they are less likely to leave negative feedback if theres an issue. You know, because they fucking like you lol.

I dont know why he left the feedback he did, other than because you were slow. Which you LITERALLY admitted to being in DMs with me. So im not sure what the issue is.

You also sold AFTER the feedback, so like i said, it probably wont affect you all that much. Just relax.

Bro, i dont see anything posted here contradicting what the dude said. Post your screenshots of the messages, post your screenshots of your ingame parceling and your receiving the money. Youre not giving any evidence to support your claims, and as i said, you literally confessed to being slow in the DMs me and you had.

im not saying tha tto piss u off, i am trying to get you to see it for what it is, rather than being upset because someone is "spamming" or you dont like someone.

the feedback itself is incorrect. the time stated on the feedback does not match the literal time stamps. its inflated.

Here, ill help out. Heres is a snippet of our conversation where you admitted you took 15 mins to send him his krono. Your thread says instant delivery, 15 mins to me is a LONG TIME. 15 mins is multiple factors more than a trade has ever taken me, and I dont even claim instant delivery.

What questions do you have?
