This person quoted me a price for powerleveling and after i paid half via Paypal he has never replied back or contacted me in game.

Sorry to hear this happened to you bud. Maybe a hard lesson to use Verified personnel or with high feedback before sending money. Hope this gets rectified for you.

He also ripped me off.. was going to buy a mask from him he requested all the money but i said i would only give him 25$ for transfer he then sent me a message back claiming he couldnt log in and was banned from eq,then proceeded to say he sent it back but as an e-check that keeps getting denied by wherever hes sending from...ya its only 25$ but could have been alot worse
