What does this even mean? Daybreak is pretty clear that both MQ and RMT are against the rules.
Regardless of your feelings, the company's opinion about enforcement is the only one that matters.

There is no "safe" trading on ECTunnel as there is inherent risk. Sellers shouldn't be able to use language to mislead people into thinking that they're somehow safer than anybody else.
We're all donging hookers down without condoms, here. Yee-haw!

This is ignoring the other implications of "SAFE" which are tied to verification and users that are using "borrowed" PayPal accounts.

Honestly one of the reasons I never included it in any of my posts, whether it was Krono, Accounts or Items. It just seems disingenuous to claim your transaction is safe when we all know there is a baseline risk to it.

Objection, your statement starts on a false premise. You can't represent yourself as safe for nothing.

While we're at it, saying 100% Positive Feedback means practically nothing when these are the worst trader %s:

and one of the next Top Traders has a 99.7%:

Or we could just keep it to EverQuest. It's pretty easy and takes almost no effort at all!
we let some talk for other games also....just stop being drama queens or I am gonna become to freaking hard ass and you all dont want that.

My main concern with regulation of the word "safe" is moderator time and effort. Right now, we have trouble keeping WTB posts in the WTB section.

For example, DPG is just one server operator. Traders list dozens, and each server has de jure and de facto rules that are subject to change.

It seems easier to let users determine the safety of a seller by their feedback, evidence of the server's enforcement of any activity, and the moderator log.

The inherent risk of online virtual goods trading is stated in our terms and rules.

Thanks for derailing my honest plea, though. We shouldn't poke the JChan bear/DPG by mocking them for their lack of enforcement, which may backfire spectacularly on us all. Appreciate it.
Bro I love you. Wasn't trying to be offensive or derail. Post deleted. Just PM me next time and I'll edit or delete it. My bad. I've been on this holiday bender this week and got a little carried away with my goofiness! <3

After the shit that just went down with DK I 1000% agree with Xuande now. The word "safe" shouldn't be allowed in WTS threads. It's misleading and false advertising imo, and safety cannot be guaranteed in the RMT market.

The issue here isn't that it's a bad suggestion. It's just very rulesy and lawyerish. There's a lot of auctions going on, and it's a very nitpicky and small thing for the moderators to watch. But in the spirit of providing the most safe and secure transactions for the Tunnel, it's more honest to simply consciously choose to not use such language. I've been doing this since 2017, and when I started the word "safe" wasn't even in the lexicon rofl. We are definitely in "safer" times atm. Enjoy it while it last, and let's hope it last a long time!

@HappyKrono @killa01 @tinymommth @selmrm @xiugou
Given recent events with Diamond Krono, would you kindly remove the term "safe" from your titles? We want to ensure that we're only speaking truths. If we can agree on community measures and work together then the mods won't even have to get involved. :)

Happy is US, the rest are foreign. I strongly dislike the "Payment Country: Other" flag.

(everybody else with "safe" in their title has been stagnant for 4+ months)
