Pricing is done in three tiers and a minimum order of $20.

Level 1-40 $1 per level
Level 40-50 $2 per level
Level 50-60 $3 per level

No. I just put the character in a group I'm already leveling or use a dru/brd combo for lower stuff. I didn't think the demand would be this high so prices will probably have to be adjusted.
