This purchaser initated multiple chargebacks via paypal after successful delivery of goods.

Looks like his account has been suspended, however, other sellers should be aware of dealing with Mr Michael Dunn for any future transactions.

Damn sorry to see this.

I'd like to think the dispute cases will go in your favor considering it was 3 separate transactions and one was multiple days later. It seems you kept relevant messages and I am sure the dunce did all Paypal logins from his normal home IP.

Hope you get your money back.
 
Do not respond to the cases! Let PayPal determine if the transaction was legitimately done. I'm not sharing the parameters that they use because that would help scammers.

Nothing you can say or share will help you and- in fact- you can get your PayPal banned, here.
 
he made some purchases over at redguide's as well from @ChatWithThisName and myself. Here's what i sent back paypal

Mr. Dunn was suspended from fraud and theft on our sister site and we reciprocate suspensions/bans on our site.

Mr. Dunn, after getting suspended on his "Yama" account at redguides for the aforementioned fraud, made another account, against our terms and conditions, and trying to circumvent his ban. Immediately upon doing so, he started making purchases, that he downloaded and received as you can see by "thjbuyer download.jpg". Which means he's actively using it as we speak with no restrictions.

I attached the MQ2Shaman Terms of Conditions that explicitly and specifically state that a "You understand that in order to use the plugin, that a level 2 redguides membership is required." and "Failure to comply with any of the terms under the License section will be considered a material breach of this Agreement and will forfeit any remaining time on the license."

upon getting suspended/banned, and then furthering to break rules resulting in additional disciplinary action means Mr. Dunn was additionally in breach of this agreement and forfeit any remaining time on the license.

Filing a claim that he did not receive the download, when he downloaded it and is actively using it is an absolutely wild claim.

This is absolutely correct. Xuande is also correct in not sharing too much about PayPal’s process.
I’ve been through everything you can imagine; this guideline, I absolutely recommend following.
