I purchased from this seller once before with no problem. However, the most recent transaction I was told during delivery that he could only produce half at that time and would deliver the other half at a later time (that evening). He did not show that evening and over the course of a couple of days would set a time and then not show up. He has now ceased all communication with still no delivery.

And no, having "millions of plat worth of ITEMS" does not count as plat on-hand. I had a mount in WoW worth millions of gold; it took me almost 2.5 years to sell it to someone. That doesn't mean I have millions of gold "ready to sell."

That's like me selling a house to someone, writing over the deed, then saying, "Yeap, I have all the lumber and bricks right here, just need to put it together first."

Also, easy math. $100 at $20 per 1k = 5k. You delivered half, so you had 2.5k in stock, or $50 worth. That doesn't scream trustworthy plat seller to me.

Surely going to the hospital X days later wasn't the reason for that. "I'd give you the full amount, but because of personal health and me going to the hospital later, I'm only delivering half of what was ordered, but trust me, I have it in stock." wat.

You scheduled multiple meetings to deliver the plat over the course of a "couple of days", never delivered and only refunded the money once it got brought up to the dispute forums. You were communicating with the buyer before the hospital where you didn't have your phone. Explain to me how that's not shady Incog?

I'll help you out, it's because you're hoping you can produce the amount of plat you sold, after you accepted money for it. That's against the rules homeboy.

You didn't know, just like the next trader won't because you removed the feedback. Feedback is designed to show a traders reputation via history, patterns, etc.
If the previous trader had left their feedback visible, you wouldn't have fallen into the same trap. By removing your own feedback, you've reset the trap for someone else.

He chose the ladder.. I ended up having a serious scare. Called ambulance, When I got to hospital I noticed i forgot my phone, Stayed the night and slept..... Checked myself out AGAINST dr's orders. Just to get home and take care of business. Then i noticed the post.. The man was paid, I gifted him items from Ducat shop. He has a free power level with me at anytime he chooses.

So do yourself.. and us all a favor, Shut your cake whole.

Once again, I don't care about the details of what happened after the fact. Sounds like you and your RMT partner need to get on the same page for your reputations sake. If you were stable enough to accept the money, you were stable enough to deliver the funds. My point still stands, don't accept cash for something you don't have (knowingly or otherwise). Period. The who, what, why, when, where, how means nothing; it's all a shitty excuse to try and save face.

This is twice you were unable to fulfill a $100 order and wound up in the dispute forums because of it. Will there be a third..? Or are you gonna figure this out?

2. If the other party trusted you to keep your word, they wouldn’t have opened a dispute against you.
3. Saying, “I thought I had all the plat” is no excuse. It’s your responsibility to log in and verify before committing to a sale.

Arguing with experienced traders here will only damage your reputation further and cause you more trouble. My advice: apologize to everyone, ensure you have stock before accepting payments, and relax. Right now, no one believes you, and people are getting frustrated. I can assure you the line of action you are currently taking will have negative results.

I mean the whole purpose of the feedback system on ECT is to do a deal and leave feedback. I mean you're the one with 2 disputes out of 7 positive feedback, and I've had 1 dispute in 64 positive feedback.

Feedback is king in this industry and if your customers are not leaving you feedback, they either hate you or do not trust themselves to be put on the list of "this guy is great" because you obviously are not according to previous records on this site.

These types of patterns raise red-flags to the community for a reason, it's not a conspiracy theory.

Seems one was resolved already and was an understandable circumstance. 2 instances of something its hardly a pattern. He sells on Private servers mostly, from what I can tell, that play zero games with RMT. Leaving feedback feels dangerous on those servers. Quarm has very few sellers as is. I understand the gatekeeping mentality, really I do. But seems you all are to quick to bring out the torches and tar and feathers.
