I’m not sharing accounts. Eq_dna was my dads account and I no longer use due to can’t change things. I have certified on this account and I use my phone to get on the website and not my computer. I would appreciate if we can get this resolved because I am not doing anything wrong. Nobody has access to my account except for me.
