A couple bazaar updates (1 Viewer)

Due to the unexpected popularity of the Bazaar forum, we're making it a little nicer for you guys.

• PM limit increased for Level 1 and Level 2 users. Level 1 now has 300, Level 2 has 10,000.
• You can now rate sellers / buyers by
  
  leaving feedback.
• Feedback score is below your avatar (mine is 0!), it's also on everyone's profile (check the last tab)
• If you click "Quick Links" in the navbar above, you can see the entire bazaar's feedback.

If you have any suggestions for the Bazaar let me know, I'm feeling helpful today!
