Correct. I believe that the last xpac it has is SoF. I can't verify that now as I'm at work.

I am off work now and downloaded the EQ client. I do indeed have up to VoA. Additionally, the account is entitled to 2 years, 54 days. I have not claimed any vet rewards. I believe I created it in 2011.
