Comes with all cords and equipment that you need. You dont need an extra monitor for these. You can download Parsec for free on your main PC & run them through a browser window. I can provide a guide on how to set that up if needed.
You may be able to find used mini-pc's for cheaper on ebay. But I can tell you from personal experience, 50% of them are total garbage and cant even run EQ. The mini pc's that im selling have been used exclusively for EQ and they work great. With that being said, I've only ever used them for single client EQ. They probably wont work so good if youre trying to use them with multiple EQ applications open at the same time.
