All characters have max AA (all of them), max regular XP, and max (130) banked AA. All characters are keyed for VT, Plane of Fire, and Plane of Water. All characters have full tower gear or equivalent (replacement pieces when appropriate for things like haste, spell focuses etc). All characters have most relevant spells (want to say all but maybe a spell that was irrelevant for me wouldn't be for you). All characters were started as heroic, they have 2x 20-slot bags and a mount (which will give you a mount buff after clicking it once LDoN opens, 250 HME, 25 all res, 10 AC). They are 100% ready to survive and contribute in a raid setting, still plenty of room to grow and become your own.
Monk - $100. Fiery Staff of Zha (2hb), Fangs of Vyzh`dra (h2h), Battle Fists (h2h). 5 ele molds and bracer of black blood. 180 worn atk. 25 station cash.
Bard2 - $50. Gear is very patchy outside of tower, several heroic slots remaining. 250 station cash.
