As the title says, I am interested in purchasing a wood elf ranger on Phinigel.

Ideally, I would like to purchase a clean character somewhere in the range of 58-62, with not too many AAs complete. Ideally he will have BOTH Swiftwind & Earthcaller, but the 1st is a must. Bonus point for ornate + gear and an elemental bow.

Am ready to buy immediately.
