Gear doesn't matter that much. Epic is a big plus. Having no CC and no SQA big pluses. Must have all account info and must be able to transfer to a new account. Don't care that much about gear but if you've got some really good stuff I can bump up my price a bit. Not looking for naked / stripped toons.
