Best way to donate and help over the holidays is to take stuff directly to your local fire department. Giving non perishable foods and toys seems to work best as most "non profit" organizations pocket at least 50% of all proceeds, 40% gets lost and less than 10% ends up where it was supposed to. Sad world we live in of false advertising!
