Has it ever had a credit card put on the account?
Can the name and the address be changed?
If it becomes gold will it recieve another 4k AAs?

No credit card, it's completely clean so you can set the name and address. It was leveled just to sell. If it becomes gold you get whatever the autogrant aa is now.
