Mask of Tinkering (which she does not sell) is the rarest item in the game, possibly what was more rare was the old Priests of Discord Robe before they were made unkillable, the Robe of Discord.

Interesting. I didn't realize she sold this. I have a Mask of Tinkering as well, but I see these for sale much less often.
