Discussion paypal problem (1 Viewer)

A couple days ago i attempted to make a transaction with somone on this site , they were to send me money for kronos on paypal but they were having trouble with it. He said his card was being declined. Now he says his card is locked up for safety reasons.
anyone have this problem before? only thing i can think of is 1) my paypal is new and i havent used it before and 2) i have canadian account.

nah i believe the guy , he is verified user . i just have no experience with paypal to know what was wrong, other than his CC is overly protective of fraud. hoping i can get some info about this before i use this site to try to sell again . i dont want to mess somone else up

update: just had a successful PP transaction with another customer , i guess the first one was just a fluke and im good to go.
