Unless *I*, Redbot, am certain the guy is a scammer, you may not out anyone's P99 character name for a deal gone bad.

If you want to out someone's character name, PM me first. If I'm 100% sure they're a scammer, I'll give you the go-ahead. Otherwise, lay off.
