This character simply has two of the 40 slot, 100% weight reduction (TLP/Last Chance) bags valued at roughly $30 each. Will transfer the character to a desired account. PM to work out details.

Since there have been a few questions - this is on a character I move to an account for you. From there you can use the Shared Bank to move the bags to any other character on that account.

Not necessarily duped.

If he had bought a 'second chance' bag but not claimed it prior to Agnarr release, then the bag would be claimable on Agnarr, and he could purchase the 'third chance' bag in order to have 2.

For example, you could have a total of 4 - 40-slot bags on Phinigel right now without any duping, or account transfer type situations. 3 different TLP-Adventure satchels, and the EoK purchase 40-slot bag.
