I haven't played in a while and considering selling my accounts that haven't been touched since PoP.
If I remember correctly I have a full PoP flagged, raid geared Ranger and Bard, with epics, very well geared for PoP.
I also think I have like a 61, not well geared Necro but I believe hes Time flagged.
