Solteris Flagged - DoN T2 progression done, has all the raid drops to finish up to t4 just have to do the t3 group missions, I just never took the time to do it.
Shm is pretty much BIS TSS with full Cultural armor. Has 1 BIS TBS piece.
Buffs to over 23k hp and right around 21k mana. Literally has 0 issues with mana and can even offtank group content if necessary lol.
has TA, Umbracite Swarm Orb (Alchemy 15% and group shrink click), store levi click, Armguards of Piety (abolish poison), Direwolf totem of spirit, and Circle of Smoke gate clicky.

2nd Shammy is similar but has 1500 aa's which pretty much takes care of all the important stuff for shammies at the moment. I did not really use him for TBS though so he does not have his solteris flag.
