Rangers are flat out OP in Luclin & POP. Even better if it's a tiny halfling raining the pain. Do you like critting for 1100 mana free while outside mobs/raid bosses cast radiuses? (avoid the AOEs!). Like topping raid parses (top damage!) This is it!
