yes Tectonic was verified, just because you got verified doesnt make you instantly a trust-able person. Verification with good feedback is safer, but still always that chance things can go awry. -

Actually i think it would be unlawful to take back a krono, they let you buy these so they can be used for in game items, and then you get them and they think they can just take them away regardless of how the other person got them... slippery slope for DBG. -
