    Idea Implemented Require "Registered Country" on all account listings?

    I have had situations where the seller had used PayPal, claiming no credit card was used which it technically correct. However, it did create issues when I tried to use my PayPal with a non-US credit account. So as using PayPal has both potential impact on the buyers ability to subscribe, etc...
