Feedback you don't deserve? Take the feedback to trial, and a jury of your peers will decide if it can be removed!
Removal is not guaranteed. After purchase, a public thread will be posted where both parties can air their grievances over the stated feedback. All users are invited to comment and vote on whether the feedback should be removed. After 7 days, votes will be tallied and the thread closed.
If the vote to remove the feedback fails, you must wait 12 months before challenging the same feedback again.
Remember: Try to work things out on your own. If both parties agree to removal, this item is not needed.
