This is the second ring for the spirit wracked cord quest out of Chardok. Great item plus-10 to attack can go on shoulders, wrist, or arms. You must have undead dragon sinew from sebilis and urn from Drusella in charassis. You must have "ally" faction with Chardok. You must bring a lockpicker to get into the throne room in Chardok.
I will meet you there and MQ the ring for you. 5 krono and it is yours. If you need urn from drusella I can arrange a drusella kill for 2kr.
