Here are the point values of our warning system:

5 points: 1 day suspension
10 points: 1 week suspension
15 points: 1 month suspension (may appeal)
20 points: 6 month suspension (may appeal)
30 points: permanent ban (may or may not appeal, depending on moderator whim)

Special: the "Under Investigation" warning will give user a title to warn the community of an ongoing investigation. This is not a penalty, carries 0 points, and is temporary. If someone has this in their history and they're *not* banned, it's a good sign.

Current point defaults.
Point values may change for any reason. Staff can change them at will, depending on the severity of the offense. These are simply our defaults.

• Harassing the staff - Making false accusations, harassing, or trolling the staff is not allowed. Please let these guys do their work in peace. - 5 points
• Wrong forum - posting WTB listings in any sales forum - 1 point
• Goodbye post - you're leaving for good and therefore no longer need your account - 30 points
• Avoiding a ban by using another account - 30 points
• Blatant NSFW / Malicious content - 15 points
• Alternate account - 30 points
• Scam and fraud - 30 points
• Account sharing / made second account - 4 points
• Multiple threads for same item - 2 points
• Inaccurate description - the bigger the inaccuracy, the higher the point value - 3 points
• Suspicious login - account sharing detection, many bad password attempts, etc - 1 point
• Inappropriate Advertising / Spam - 3 points
• Inappropriate Content - 1 point
