[META] How do scammers prosper? Paypal will reverse F&F transactions
I dont understand why scammers keep going back over and over. I've had two issues with scammers in the past year (not here) and PayPal has reversed the F&F transaction each time. Are there cases where people just end up SOL or something? A 20 minute phone call and I had my cash back... -
