I purchased a P99 character from user Kicky in November 2020, and the password has been randomly changed and I am unable to access the account. I unfortunately did not ask until after the transaction about if the email/eqemulator.org account came with the account. I have put hundreds of hours into this character and tons of plat/gear and unfortunately looks like it may all be gone.
Lesson learned: do not buy an account if it does not come with the full access to change password, etc. I just hope this doesn't happen to others.
