Well, the icon for the thread says 'RAGE' and the title of the thread is 'Ragefire - WTB Plat', so presumably he's looking for plat on the Ragefire server. Assuming that's the case, I'd say that he's looking for 100 to 200p like it says in his OP. The only thing that you can't deduce from the information present in the thread is the price he's willing to pay, so I can't speak to that ;P.
