I have had a ton of interest on this. To answer a few questions.
No SMS has been set. We quit playing before this was even implemented.
I have the email however it is my wife's current email so I can't give the full email away. Not sure if something has changed but before you would just changed the email to your own.
I have had several offers in the $70-75 range.
I will probably try and get this sold this weekend. I work 12's until Saturday so it has been hard to reply to pms.
