yea, this dude wanted 20 krono from me. I knew it was too good to be true. Just had this feeling about the whole situation... glad i avoided him

This guy actually PM'd me last night,

"Looking for 20 krono, have a verified business paypal, have no problem paying first with friends and family"

Looked pretty legitimate as well...but when people with 0 feedback and new accounts PM me I usually just link them the link to getting verified, either that or they need to have at least a few feedback because I'd rather not get scammed.
