Does anyone know if DBG changed their policy regarding changing emails that aren't verified?

It appears it is no longer allowed and you have to verify the email before you can change it?

that is correct, it will not allow you to add another email until the original is verified now

If you are buying an account, I suggest looking for one where you get the email that is on the account. It is what I always look for and what I try to always offer on any accounts I sell. TBH, from here in I think things are just going to get more restrictive with DBG. No telling how things will change once they implement the new launcher.
