Came across this article and thought I would share. As I know someone who had a large PayPal balance when his account was frozen, I hope PayPal loses a lot of money.

I no longer keep a PayPal balance because of stuff like this.

That's the reason we stopped accepting new Paypal subscribers, they were seizing balances without warning and it wasn't worth the risk.
